Overview

Sales Leopard is hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing eCommerce company in the Professional Training and Coaching , to recruit a Sales Development Specialist . This role is focused on handling customer inquiries from a B2B audience — assisting with questions, order updates, and resolution of service concerns.

This is a remote, full-time position based in the Philippines , with training and oversight provided by the Sales Leopard operations team.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to live chat and email inquiries on the brand\'s website in a timely, helpful, and professional manner
  • Assist customers with product selection, sizing, order status, and returns
  • Troubleshoot and escalate issues appropriately while maintaining a customer-first mindset
  • Document all interactions clearly in the CRM/ticketing system
  • Collaborate with both the client and the Sales Leopard team to improve service processes
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years experience in B2B customer service, ideally in Professional Training and Coaching
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Self-directed, reliable, and service-oriented
Work setup
  • Remote (Philippines-based only)
  • Monday to Friday, U.S. business hours (night shift)
  • Stable internet and professional work environment required
