Job Description As a Learning Experience Manager, you will manage the initiation, development, and implementation of the TaskUs training department’s site-wide initiatives and drive campaign-specific training programs for Team Leaders and Teammates. You will create and maintain materials related to maximizing campaign task mastery and personal development. You will lead campaign-specific training and develop a detailed curriculum, training, and evaluation for TLs and TMs. You will maintain all training materials for all levels of trainees and ensure training aligns with the campaign and TaskUs’ business objectives. You will proactively identify the needs of departments and campaigns to develop training materials, publish a year-long training calendar with quarterly objectives, and plan training policies, programs, testing tools, methods, and systems. You will work with the Operations Director, Operations Manager, and US counterparts to ensure products and services meet quality standards. Responsibilities Manage initiation, development, and implementation of site-wide training initiatives and campaign-specific programs for Team Leaders and Teammates. Create and maintain materials to maximize campaign task mastery and personal development. Develop and execute TL and TM development training, including curriculum, training, and evaluation. Ensure training is technically engaging and aligned with campaign needs and TaskUs objectives. Maintain training materials for all trainee levels and adapt materials to the audience. Proactively identify department and campaign training needs and develop appropriate materials. Publish a year-long training calendar with quarterly objectives. Plan total training policies, programs, testing tools, methods, and systems to ensure quality standards. Collaborate with Operations Directors/Managers and US counterparts to align on objectives. Requirements At least 5 years of supervisory experience or 1 year of managerial experience in a BPO Sales program. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Highly independent and motivated, with ability to oversee projects to completion and adapt materials to the audience. Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office applications.
