About the role Reyes-Alcantara Law Office is seeking an Associate Lawyer to join our dynamic team in Silang Cavite, strategically located near Nuvali, Tagaytay and CALAX. This is a full‑time position where you will play a crucial role in providing legal services and support to our diverse clientele. As an Associate Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling a range of litigation and dispute resolution cases, working closely with senior lawyers to deliver exceptional client service. What you'll be doing Conducting legal research, analysis and preparation of case documents Drafting legal correspondence, pleadings, and other court documents Representing clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution processes Collaborating with the legal team to develop and implement effective litigation strategies Providing advice and guidance to clients on legal matters within your area of expertise Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices Assisting with the overall management and organisation of the legal department What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Law and a valid license to practice law in the Philippines 1 year of experience in litigation, preferably in a law firm or legal department Strong legal research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and court procedures in the Philippines What we offer At Reyes-Alcantara Law Office, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that enables our team to thrive.
