Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Lawyer located in Makati. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for handling litigation, commercial, tax, labor, and intellectual property cases, among others, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing clients with legal advice. Additional duties include appearing in court, managing case files, and collaborating with senior lawyers and other legal professionals to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong litigation skills and experience in drafting legal documents
  • Proficiency in legal research and providing legal advice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage case files and work under pressure
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Relevant certifications and licenses to practice law in the Philippines
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB/JD); passing the Bar Exam
  • Experience in one or more of the firm's specialty areas is a plus
