We’re looking for a Senior Producer to lead one of our key client-facing game projects from production through to delivery. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a high standard of clarity, momentum, and collaboration across disciplines. This is a hands-on role that blends production planning, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional empowerment. You will be the single point of production accountability for the client and internal teams, ensuring smooth delivery and great gameplay outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end production for high-impact game projects, managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client, maintaining a strong and trusted working relationship through clear communication and consistent progress.
  • Translate creative vision into structured plans and sprint goals that guide cross-functional execution.
  • Facilitate coordination between design, art, engineering, QA, and external contributors.
  • Anticipate blockers and risks early, proposing solutions that keep development moving.
  • Track production health through regular reporting and retrospectives, and adjust processes as needed.
  • Support a healthy team environment by promoting open communication, shared ownership, and sustainable pacing.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience shipping games as a producer in a client services or co-development environment.
  • Strong production planning and execution skills using Agile, Kanban, or hybrid workflows.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to clearly align internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to manage scope, time, and quality constraints while maintaining momentum.
  • High emotional intelligence, with a focus on empowering teams and resolving conflicts constructively.
  • Experience with distributed development teams across time zones.
  • Deep understanding of the game development lifecycle from concept to live operations.
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
  • Prior work on client-delivered or co-dev projects with shifting stakeholder needs.
  • Experience with Unity, Unreal, or other commercial engines.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and similar tools for tracking and visibility.
  • Background in a creative or technical discipline such as art, design, or engineering.
  • Awareness of evolving production trends, including AI tooling and procedural workflows.
