Overview
Astronergy Solar is expanding rapidly in Southeast Asia. We are seeking a Senior Key Account Sales Manager in the Philippines to drive solar module sales and manage key client relationships. This role is critical in supporting our regional growth strategy and bridging collaboration with our China HQ teams.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve annual sales targets based on company sales plans.
- Maintain and further develop orders from existing key accounts in the Philippines.
- Drive new customer acquisition, negotiate contracts, and expand market presence.
- Collect market intelligence, monitor competitors, and identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute sales activities within assigned territories.
- Coordinate with HQ and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth end-to-end sales execution.
- Build and maintain strong client networks across EPCs, IPPs, developers, investors, landowners, and major utilities/energy companies.
- Complete other tasks assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in International Trade, Business, or Foreign Languages preferred.
- 3–5+ years of proven sales experience in solar PV modules / renewable energy industry.
- Familiar with the Philippine PV market and customer landscape.
- Strong client resources in EPC, IPP, developers, investors, landowners, and large energy/utilities is a strong advantage.
- Solid knowledge of international trade, finance, and PV market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural coordination skills.
- Proficiency in English (written & spoken); Mandarin a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to deliver under pressure.
