Recruitment Specialist

The HR assistant has partial responsibility for these areas:
- recruiting and staffing;
- performance management and improvement tracking systems;
- employee orientation, development, training and recordkeeping;
- assisting with employee relations;
- company-wide committee facilitation and participation;
- company employee communication;
- compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping;
- employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting; and
- employee services;
- maintaining employee files and the HR filing system;
- assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
- Must be a Bachelor\'s Degree Holder of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business -Management, Marketing or any business-related courses.
- With at least 5 years of Managerial work experience in Fast Food, Casual or Fine Dining Restaurant
- With strong leadership skills and possesses excellent customer service.
- Must be proficient in English, both verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales driven and strong analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and dynamic personality.
- Willing to be assigned in Manila, Q.C, Makati and Pasay
