InteLogix Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines Recruitment Specialist InteLogix Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines As a Recruitment Specialist, your primary purpose is to support recruiting teams by coordinating hiring activities, scheduling interviews, sourcing candidates for various roles, screening resumes, and maintaining candidate databases. You will also assist with onboarding and handle administrative tasks to ensure a smooth hiring process. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Create job ads and post on different job sites/portals, social media, bulletin boards, email blasts, and similar channels. Interact effectively with potential candidates on social media and professional networks. Develop strategies to build a talent pipeline with at least 2 to 3 pools of qualified candidates per position (especially for roles with high turnover). Log candidate information in our applicant tracking system and other internal databases daily. Understand the job requirements for each position as requested by hiring managers and liaise with them regarding hiring needs and daily concerns. Screens resumes, filters those matching the client’s requirements, and conducts end-to-end recruitment across all levels. Conduct interviews and process all applications based on minimum qualification requirements before endorsing qualified candidates to the next step or hiring managers. Coordinate a range of recruitment activities and events to recruit potential candidates. Prepare reports related to the results of these efforts. Work closely with the human resources department to maintain the candidate database and handle relevant paperwork. Assist HR and successful candidates with onboarding, including preparing documents and coordinating orientation agendas. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management, business administration, or a related field. 3–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role; preferably in a BPO setup. Must be amenable to work in a hybrid setup (Estancia, Capitol Commons, Pasig City) and mid-shift schedule (2 PM to 11 PM).
