Overview Deal Desk Quality Analyst (Order to Cash) – TDCX Location: Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines Responsibilities Conduct regular audits of deals processed by the Deal Desk agents to ensure accuracy in quoting, pricing, discounting, contract terms, and order entry. Partner with the Deal Desk Lead and Manager to deliver structured feedback and insights based on monitoring and audits of deal desk activities. Deliver feedback and call out trends or gaps in policy adherence, order accuracy, and documentation. Act as a trusted resource and advisor to Sales and Account teams, reviewing deal submissions and contact points to ensure adherence to internal policies, pricing structures, and procedural requirements. Provide timely feedback and highlights on contracts, pricing, sales issues. Participate in internal and client-facing calibration sessions to ensure consistency in quality expectations, process execution, and decision-making across all stakeholders. Compile and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on deal quality, process compliance, and exception trends to inform stakeholders and drive continuous improvement. Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to resolve deal-related issues, improve workflow efficiency, and support a seamless order to cash process. Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX. Qualifications Minimum of at least 12 months experience with Order-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, Contracts Management, Bid Management or B2B Sales Fulfillment operations.
