Overview

As a Building Administration Officer, your role is to make sure our mall is always in tip-top shape. This means keeping everything clean, safe, and organized, including our amenities, utilities, and equipment. By doing so, we can reach our business goals and provide a great experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee janitorial, landscaping, minor repairs, and pest control activities; ensure compliance with policies and budget limits.
  • Conduct regular inspections of mall facilities and utilities; coordinate repairs, monitor consumption, and ensure timely reporting and billing.
  • Act as Safety Officer; manage incident response, coordinate with relevant departments, and ensure full compliance with safety procedures and documentation standards.
  • Assist in tenant construction and renovation processes; review plans, inspect sites, and help resolve compliance issues.
  • Serve as backup for key custodian and warehouse personnel for emergency item handling.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Building Maintenance Technology, or any business-related course.
  • At least two (2) years of work experience in building/property administration or the same field
  • Must have working knowledge in building/property administration, facilities management, housekeeping services, and engineering maintenance services.
  • Amenable to a flexible working schedule.
  • Willing to be assigned in SM City Marilao.
