Overseas HRBP for Newland Payment Technology Newland NPT is a leading Payment Terminal and Payment Solution provider globally. Originally from Fuzhou China, our company now has offices in Singapore, Madrid, Atlanta and Sao Paulo. The APAC region is looking for an experienced POS terminal sales professional to join from the Philippines, responsible for local market development in the Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand. This position reports to the Director of SEA. It is a home‑based role with regular business travel. Responsibilities Lead business development initiatives in the Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand, including sales, business development and maintaining key customer relationships. Formulate and drive business development strategy and go‑to‑market implementation. Supervise and manage local POS business operations to ensure stability, security and customer satisfaction. Communicate with relevant company departments to confirm payment regulations, policies and requirements, and apply them to business. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above, fluent in both written and spoken business English. At least 10 years’ experience in the payment industry and sales‑related roles, with familiarity of the Philippine market. A real passion for new business and strong hunting skills, with a record of accomplishment in sales, business development and winning new business. Excellent negotiator with strong communication skills. A team player, adaptable to cross‑nation teamwork with colleagues in the region and HQ in China. Progressive experience in customer relationship management or service management. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
