Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Register customer sales orders and supplier purchase orders with precision.
  • Customer & Supplier Interaction: Handle order confirmations and maintain proactive/reactive communication.
  • Negotiation: Engage in basic negotiations on price and lead-time to ensure the best outcomes.
  • Quotations: Prepare accurate and timely quotations to meet customer needs.

Technical Skills:

  • ERP Systems: Proficient with systems like Microsoft Dynamics AX.
  • CRM Systems: Comfortable using CRM tools.
  • Office Software: Skilled in using Outlook, Teams, and other general office software.

Preferred Experience:

  • Electronics Knowledge: Experience in the electronics industry is a big plus.
  • PCB Experience: If you have experience with PCBs, you’re our dream candidate

Location & Working Conditions:

  • Location: Work from home, evening shift to serve the American market (10pm - 6am).
  • Full time (40hrs/wk).
