Marketing Manager - Location: Philippines / Latin America | Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM US Eastern Time | Salary: USD 1200 - 1600 per month | Type of contract: Independent Contractor | Type of job: Remote Seniority level: Mid-Senior level | Employment type: Full-time | Job function: Marketing and Sales | Industries: Staffing and Recruiting Role Overview We’re looking for a results‑driven Marketing Manager who can lead and execute our entire digital marketing strategy, leveraging expertise in Google and Meta Ads, as well as SEO to scale our reach globally. You will be a creative, data‑driven force, utilizing cutting‑edge AI tools to build high‑converting campaigns and ensuring we stay at the forefront of the industry. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube). Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). Conduct keyword research, on‑page optimization, and link building to drive organic traffic. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, Perplexity, etc.) for ad copy, creative ideas, automation, and data analysis. Analyze campaign data, create performance dashboards, and track ROAS and CPA. Develop and manage marketing budgets across channels. Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages. Stay updated on the latest AI and digital marketing trends to implement new tactics quickly. Qualifications 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google & Meta Ads. Proven track record of increasing traffic and conversion rates. Strong SEO fundamentals (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console). Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and marketing impact. Strong analytical mindset; proficient with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio. Excellent copywriting and creative direction skills. Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, experimental environments. Bonus Skills (Highly Valuable) Experience with email automation (Klaviyo). Knowledge of Shopify or eCommerce CRO. Familiarity with influencer marketing or affiliate management. Video ad experience for YouTube, Reels, and TikTok. Basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe tools, or AI‑based design). Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Somewhere by 2x.
