Your role

• Ensure the Production control sequence of priority is being followed all the time such as OCD, CPM, HOTLIST, PDD, OPOD, and All WIP are moving.
• Ensure weekly review of PDD and drive action items for identified constraint resources.
• Prepare weekly plan and set-up plan for Manufacturing reference.
• Perform WIP analysis and provide an action plan. Initiate or influence loading to attain cycle time, XPOD goals, and other goals in the KRA.
• Prepare the previous week's performance such as on-time delivery and undelivered line items and reasons for misses.
• Determine production plans, machine load plans, and bottleneck equipment with the Operations group.
• Oversee and coordinate Production Scheduling and Planning, including tracking and expediting work in process.
• Coordinates and monitors materials movement in the Shop floor.
• Communicate to customers about projected misses in the plan and define the recovery plan.
• Analyze and determine new/transfer product requirements such as equipment and hardware.
• Attending meetings such as mini-ops and daily operation reviews, engineering weekly allocation plan.
• Ensure execution of the input or set-up plan.

About you

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Good analytical thinking and planning.

• Graduate of any 4 years course but Accounting/Engineering would be an advantage.
• With 0-2 years of exposure in a Semiconductor environment as a Production Control Planner
