Overview

Materials Planner role at MicroSourcing. Location: Eastwood, Quezon City. Work setup & shift: Onsite | Night Shift.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete purchase order lifecycle, from creation and issuance to final approval and vendor confirmation. Ensure timely delivery and accurate receipt of all materials, reconciling shipments against purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Specialist to forecast needs and maintain optimal stock levels, preventing production downtime.
  • Coordinate with the logistics department to manage inbound freight and schedule order pickups.
  • Generate and analyze monthly purchasing reports to track key performance indicators and inform strategy.
  • Execute strategic purchasing by balancing supplier minimums, warehouse capacity, cash flow, and ingredient shelf life.
What You Need
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a purchasing or supply chain role within a manufacturing environment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the demonstrated ability to learn and operate new ERP systems. Proven experience in end-to-end order management, including data entry and meticulous recordkeeping.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating effectively with vendors and internal departments.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
