About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable and self-driven ERP (NetSuite ) Developer / Administrator to support and enhance our ERP ecosystem at Intrax. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimising our NetSuite platform, which supports over 300 active users across a service-based business environment.

This position is ideal for someone who brings strong technical expertise, understands how systems support business processes, and can evolve with our long-term digital strategy - transitioning from NetSuite into broader technology ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, refactor, and enhance existing SuiteScript -based customisations and workflow automations , with a focus on the Project Management module.
• Build new functionality using SuiteScript 2.x (Suitelets, Client Scripts, User Events, Map/Reduce, etc.).
• Administer the platform (roles, forms, permissions, saved searches, dashboards).
• Review legacy configurations and develop clear, well-structured technical and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process issues and implement effective system solutions.
• Develop and maintain data integrations with other platforms using RESTlets or middleware solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-release maintenance of system changes.

Required Skills & Experience

• More than 2 years of strong hands-on experience in NetSuite administration and configuration.
• Proficient in SuiteScript 2.0/2.1 development with proven results.
• Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
• Solid understanding of service or consulting business processes from a systems perspective.
• Ability to create or retrofit comprehensive documentation.
• Experience with data integrations between NetSuite and third-party platforms.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working remotely or cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) , Git, or CI/CD tools.
• Ability to mentor, communicate clearly, and support system knowledge sharing across the team.

• Interest in AI adoption, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to transfer knowledge and apply skills to development outside of NetSuite (e.g., other internal applications, external platforms).
• A strong sense of UI/UX design, with an eye for usability and interface consistency.
• Willingness to provide timely support, including for critical issues when required.
