Job Description

The Project Execution Officer supports the Senior Project Execution Officer in ensuring the timely and successful delivery of approved projects. The role focuses on facilitating, monitoring, and aligning deliverables from functional teams (e.g., Legal, Document Control, Engineering, Permitting, Finance) to ensure continuity from acquisition through project readiness. The officer contributes by tracking progress, surfacing issues early, and recommending solutions that keep projects on time, within budget, and compliant with internal and external requirements.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Real Estate, or related field from a reputable university.
  • Strong academic or professional credentials; advanced coursework or certifications in project management, real estate, or related disciplines is an advantage.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant work experience, with at least two (2) years in land acquisition, real estate development, permitting, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and facilitate deliverables across functional teams (e.g., Legal, Document Control, Technical Services, Permitting).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to escalate issues and propose practical solutions.
  • High degree of integrity, accountability, and ability to work under time-sensitive project environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools (knowledge of digital workflow tools is an advantage).
  • Monitor and track all property due diligence and documentation prepared by relevant functional teams; escalate issues and recommend solutions where needed.
  • Ensure that all due diligence and permitting requirements are completed within defined contingency periods and before critical project deadlines.
  • Facilitate coordination among functional teams to ensure timely handover of requirements.
  • Monitor post-acquisition clean-up activities handled and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.
  • Maintain updated regular reports and trackers on project progress for senior management review and decision-making.
  • Identify risks, delays, or bottlenecks in functional team outputs, and propose corrective actions.
  • Perform other monitoring and facilitation tasks in support of project execution as required by management.

Role Overview

The Project Execution Director will lead the delivery of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar projects in the Philippines and Thailand, ensuring they are executed on-time, on-budget, and to the highest technical and safety standards. This role covers the full project lifecycle from post-contract award to commissioning and handover to the O&M team. The Director will manage internal engineering and project management teams, coordinate with EPC partners, oversee supply chain and permitting, and act as the main interface with clients for execution-related matters. This position requires both strategic oversight and hands-on leadership, with strong cross-cultural and cross-border project experience.

  • Excellent negotiation and contractor management skills.
  • Ability to balance technical rigor, commercial priorities, and client satisfaction.
  • Cross-cultural leadership and fluent English; Filipino and Thai language skills a plus.
