Project Design and Planning Develop conceptual designs, floor plans, and layouts that align with client needs and project objectives. Create detailed drawings, models, and presentations using CAD/BIM software. Client Collaboration Meet with clients to understand their vision, budget, and functional requirements. Present design proposals and make revisions based on feedback. Regulatory Compliance Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations. Obtain necessary permits and approvals. Construction Oversight Collaborate with contractors and engineers to ensure designs are executed accurately. Monitor construction progress to address issues and maintain quality standards. Sustainability and Innovation Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient solutions into designs. Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, technologies, and materials. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field. Licensure: Licensed/registered architect (as required by jurisdiction). Experience: Proven experience in architectural design and project management. Skills Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
