About the role

WRN Health Incorporated is seeking a skilled Architect to join our team in Davao City, Davao del Sur on a full-time basis. As our Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design and architecture of our innovative healthcare facilities, ensuring they are not only functional and efficient, but also visually striking and aligned with our company's values and brand identity.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive architectural designs and plans for new healthcare facilities and renovations
  2. Conduct site assessments, space planning, and feasibility studies to inform the design process
  3. Prepare detailed construction documents, including blueprints, specifications, and 3D renderings
  4. Oversee the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and building codes to continuously improve our design solutions
  6. Mentor and support junior architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Architecture or a related field
  2. Minimum 1 years of experience as a practicing Architect, preferably in the healthcare industry
  3. Strong design skills, with a portfolio showcasing innovative and functional healthcare facility designs
  4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural design software
  5. Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities
  6. Keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of construction principles and building codes
  7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  8. Willingness to travel.
