On-site - Pasig No Exp Required Bachelor Full-time Share Job Description Provides regulatory expertise to business units with new products, services, procedures, processes and practices to support ongoing compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations Responsibilities Ensure that all new bookings made to suppliers are covered with corresponding Purchase Orders with correct details (quantity/ weight /description/ origin / price etc…) Ensure that all orders are plotted/encoded into the company’s system for monitoring purposes. Ensure that all orders are covered with correct import permits prior to departure date (s) - details should all be correct - origin / quantity / item description Closely monitor shipment schedule (departure/ arrivals) of all orders booked.
