Role Description A full-time Operations Lead in Makati responsible for developing strategies for process improvement and documentation of business workflows across departments. Key Responsibilities Document and map business workflows across all departments to ensure alignment and efficiency. Develop strategies for process improvement to enhance productivity and minimize inefficiencies. Oversee the creation and implementation of new projects to meet organizational goals. Monitor and analyze team performance using KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Conduct regular meetings with department leads to stay informed about the latest developments and challenges. Report progress, key updates, and critical issues directly to the founder. Identify and pursue new opportunities for business expansion and team growth. Ensure cross-departmental collaboration to achieve organizational objectives. Maintain a continuous focus on aligning operational strategies with the company's vision and mission.
