Supports the Lead HRBP in executing hiring plans and smooth HR operations by running day-to-day Talent Acquisition tasks: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offers, and candidate experience while tracking basic funnel metrics. Also assists across the employee life cycle (preboarding/onboarding, engagement, performance cycle coordination, changes/movements, and offboarding), ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant HR transactions and records; coordinates with recruiters and HR COEs and promptly flags risks, trends, and issues to the Lead HRBP. 1. Strategic Talent Attraction Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce plans, capability needs, and talent gaps. Develop and monitor KPIs to assess talent attraction effectiveness (e.g., time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, source efficiency). 2. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience Design and lead employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice. Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Marketing to strengthen digital and on-ground presence through campaigns, content, and events. Drive internal advocacy programs (e.g., employee storytelling, referral campaigns) to promote authentic brand representation. 3. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition Excellence Build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles and emerging capabilities. Leverage multiple sourcing channels — job portals, social media, referrals, partnerships, and campus engagements. Partner with hiring managers to refine job requirements, interview approaches, and selection decisions. 4. Data-Driven Insights & Continuous Improvement Use talent analytics to track recruitment trends and market competitiveness. Provide business leaders with insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and industry movements. Regularly assess the recruitment process to identify improvement areas and enhance efficiency and candidate satisfaction. 5. Stakeholder Partnership & Advisory Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and team managers on employee-related matters such as onboarding, engagement, performance, and offboarding. Collaborate with HR COEs (Centers of Excellence) on learning, compensation, and performance areas to ensure seamless integration of new hires. Support leaders in driving a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and data-driven decision-making.
