The role calls for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in HR Management — particularly strong in Learning & Development (L&D) and Organizational Development (OD) . What You Will Do Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals. Lead capability‑building, leadership development, and engagement programs. Design and implement OD interventions such as culture initiatives and change management. Provide expert guidance on talent management, workforce planning, and performance improvement. Ensure HR policies and practices are effectively implemented across the organization. What the Client is Looking For At least 8 years of progressive experience in HR management, including work in a multinational setting. Proven track record in L&D and OD program design and execution.
