Hiring: Client Success Manager

Company: Core Virtual Solutions (US company)

Work Setup: Fully Remote, Work-from-Home

Working hours: 8am - 5pm Pacific Time

Monthly Rate: $1000-$1100

Responsibilities
  • Manage Client relationship and VAs in operations including client concerns
  • Facilitate Client and VA meet and greet
  • Create Plans and strategies to address business/client needs related to operations
  • Manage VA’s performance and behavior
  • Prepares Monthly Business Review or update of growth
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of VA experience in US Real Estate / Healthcare account
  • At least 1 year of Client coach | VA coach experience
  • At least 1 year of BPO Managerial or Supervisory / Team Lead Experience
  • 1 year of Sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to work without direct supervision
  • Reliable high-speed internet, updated computer/laptop, webcam, and headset
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and scheduling platforms
  • Salary increase after 6 months.
  • Performance-based annual appraisals
  • Monthly medical allowance (after 6 months)
  • Permanent remote position/work from home.
  • Bi-weekly pay via WISE.
