JOB DESCRIPTION

OVERVIEW: The Trade Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing the trade marketing strategies of the Brand to achieve defined business objectives (KPIs) and ensuring the proper development, execution, and benchmarking of all programs designed while focusing on distribution, display, promotion, and price to increase brand visibility.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. The Trade Marketing Specialist reports to the Integrated Marketing & Merchandising Manager.
  2. He or She will champion the CVF (Consumer Value Framework) in all our carrying brands.
  3. End to end Project Management including planning, coordination, creation of TMS with analysis of market movements and the ability to influence execution and monitoring of programs including listing.
  4. Coordination with Brand counterparts and analysis of category performance and program achievement is essential.
  5. Prior experience in project management, budget management, trade marketing, attention to detail, and taking initiative is required.
  6. Ensures trade marketing resources/collaterals are properly implemented and secured in the most effective and efficient manner possible.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
  2. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
  4. 1-4 years of experience specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  5. Full-Time position available.
