Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and supervise multiple audit engagements across various industries Review internal controls, financial statements, and business processes Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to clients and management Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff and conduct performance evaluations Ensure compliance with auditing standards (GAAS, GAAP) and quality control procedures Build and maintain strong client relationships Research complex accounting and auditing issues Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 4-6 years of progressive audit experience in public accounting Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills Willingness to travel nationwide as required #J-18808-Ljbffr
