We have been in operation since 2016 and currently serve 50 U.S. markets with approximately 15,000 cleaning jobs per week. Role Overview A Sales Agent is typically responsible for contacting prospective customers via phone call, text, or email, successfully converting both warm and cold leads into a sale, showcasing our solutions with product knowledge, convincing prospects to use existing vouchers, creating long‑lasting relationships with clients, and contributing to improving the current workflow by creating or modifying call flows and scripts to increase conversion rates. Qualifications Good to excellent English both in verbal and written communication skills Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail A professional and courteous disposition Persuasive and results‑oriented Other Requirements Willingness to work 5 days x 9 hours per week (45‑hour work week) 1 hour unpaid lunch per workday 30 minutes paid break per workday During day, mid or graveyard shift, holidays and rotating rest days Comfortable working in a fast‑paced tech startup environment Equipment & Technical Requirements Google Chrome (fully updated) Equipment: Stable and fast internet (at least 25 Mbps upload and download speed) Headset: USB or Bluetooth with noise‑canceling mic (preferred: wired) Webcam Personally owned laptop or desktop: Processor: Intel i5 (10th gen or newer) or AMD Ryzen 5 (4000 series or newer) RAM: minimum 6 GB Equipment (After Graduating from Training): Second monitor (minimum of 24″ at 1920×1080 resolution) Laptop or Desktop specifications must be: RAM: 16 GB Storage: SSD (at least 256 GB, preferably 512 GB) Compensation & Training Base Pay: $2.50 per hour 40 hours per week x 4.2 weeks per month x Php 55 per $ Training Period: 2 weeks Nesting Period: 2 weeks Graduation Bonus: up to $200.00 Upon Endorsement to Operations $3.50 USD per hour pay plus sales incentives ($10–$50 per sale) Competitive pay Work from home set‑up High‑growth opportunity Paid leaves In‑person team building, retreats Employment Details Seniority Level: Entry level.
