We are looking for a driven marketing expert to join our team to build and maintain client relationships and generate business through the recruitment of international students. Key Objective: Increase the number of Filipino student enrolments across all campuses while maintaining strong partnerships with Filipino agents. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field Willingness to travel occasionally across cities to meet agents and represent Queensford 1–2 years of experience in international student recruitment in the vocational education and training industry (preferred) Able to meet targets set by the Associate Director (Strategy and Growth) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Must have a functional laptop or desktop computer to support online tasks Duties and Responsibilities Promote Queensford College’s programs to increase international markets, focusing on Filipino student recruitment and brand growth Build, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with agents and key stakeholders to drive enrolment numbers Plan and execute marketing campaigns, student engagement activities, and events that enhance the college’s visibility Ensure brand consistency, accurate market representation, and compliance with internal policies and education standards Process student applications, including document validation, GTE assessment, and visa lodgement, with knowledge of immigration procedures Note Salary has no restrictions for deserving candidates; however, the package does not include SSS, PhilHealth, HMO, or other mandatory government contributions in the Philippines.
