- Creating market strategies for the business
- Developing services to meet the needs of existing clients
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with business stakeholders, including clients, partners, or vendors
- Conducting periodic market research and analysis
- Implementing strategies to minimize operating costs and increase profits
- Attending conferences and events on behalf of the business
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Business Development, Sales, and Marketing
- Experience in Business Consulting or Recruitment Industry is a plus
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig for Hybrid Arrangement
