Skills Required Extensive experience in booking meetings with mid‑market and enterprise sized businesses using lead generation and outreach techniques. Strong data management skills: organizing company and contact data, segmenting companies by vertical, importing data into a CRM system, and ongoing data enrichment. Proven ability to perform personalized outreach (emails and messages) to generate responses and book meetings. 5–10 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) in a B2B setting where the customers are mid‑market and enterprise size. Demonstrated success in exceeding targets pertaining to outreach emails and meetings booked. Experience with data management in a CRM system, ideally HubSpot. Nice to Have Good understanding of the crypto space—protocols, wallets, exchanges, and the broader ecosystem. What will you do? We are looking for a highly motivated and results‑driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and setting appointments for our Sales Managers. This pivotal role sits at the front lines of our sales pipeline, contributing directly to our growth and market expansion. You will also perform data analytic work to qualify our sales pipeline. Building lists of leads suitable for selling products using sourcing tools like LinkedIn and Apollo.io. Qualifying the leads for outreach and marketing campaigns using automated tools such as Clay.com and manual validation techniques. Identifying the key decision‑makers at the qualified leads and collating their contact details. Importing, maintaining, and enriching lead data into HubSpot. Conducting outreach via email and LinkedIn to engage with leads and ultimately book meetings for sales managers. Extensive experience in booking meetings with mid‑market and enterprise sized businesses using lead generation and outreach techniques. Strong data management skills: organizing company and contact data, segmenting companies by vertical, importing data into a CRM system and ongoing data enrichment.
