Public Relations Lead Lalamove is an on-demand delivery technology company, empowering users around the world to make delivery fast and reliable. Today, Lalamove operates in 14 markets across Asia, Latin America and EMEA, connecting users and drivers through dedicated mobile and web apps. The Public Relations Lead is responsible for planning and implementing PR campaigns to promote and protect the brand’s reputation. He/She designs campaigns to strengthen messaging for both Users and Drivers, with day‑to‑day tasks that include campaign development, agency management and writing. Responsibilities Longform and Corporate Communications Writing: Write PR articles for seeding to traditional and online media, and craft corporate communications or brand statements as requested. Strategy & Campaign Development: Identify projects that maximize exposure and delivery of the message for long‑term or tactical objectives, ranging from media seeding to full‑scale campaigns with PR agencies. Representation and Relationship Builder: Identify partnership opportunities that maximize media exposure such as brand ambassadorships, KOLs, or CSR activities. PR Issues Monitoring: Routinely create or manage online scans for possible issues or complaints related to the brand, and recommend dispositions if the issue has a branding impact. What we seek Writer: Must be able to express strategies in long‑form article writing and in tactical media statements. Strategist: Has excellent organizational and planning skills, connecting plans to single objectives. Relationship Builder: Able to maintain relationships with media, agencies and corporate partners for brand building efforts. Agility: Able to craft media statements on demand when required. What you'll need A relevant degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications. Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in PR campaign development, writing and activations (online and offline). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to represent the company well. Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and other marketing team members to produce desired output.
