Key Responsibilities A. Financial modelling for business development initiatives, either at the iPeople or subsidiary level: Develop and maintain multi-year financial models for proposed initiatives Consider, run and analyze various scenarios for the financial model Prepare operating budget for select initiatives, as needed. Recommend strategic and operating options based on financial runs When a financial model is initiated from the subsidiary level, review and assess the assumptions in submitted model based on knowledge of the business, existing strategies, and consultations with the immediate superior and the CFO B. Investor Relations Prompt and timely submissions of pertinent disclosures to the SEC and PSE Assist in the preparations and actual conduct of iPeople’s Annual Stockholders' Meeting and Board Meetings Maintenance of pertinent Investor Relations content of the iPeople website C. Support to iPeople’s financial reviews and budgeting process Assess assumptions and projections coming from the subsidiaries and how it impacts the total Group results Monitor the education industry and its various players Prepare industry and/or competitor/target analysis/profiles, as needed D. Any other FP&A or Investor Relations functions, roles or projects that may be assigned, either at the iPeople level or in support of its subsidiaries. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Financial Management, Economics or any related course 8 to 10 working experience with 5 years experience in financial modeling Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel Keen to details and a team player Excellent communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
