The Procurement Officer oversees the entire strategic sourcing process, from start to finish, including purchasing, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or any relevant field. With at least 2 to 3 years of working experience in Purchasing/ Procurement is required for this position, coming from Manufacturing industry is a plus Knowledgeable of general procurement practices including RFP processes, vendor, and contract management Experience in importing/sourcing from international suppliers is a plus Excellent oral and written communication and persuasive skills, with a good sense for appropriate communication across all levels of an organization Ability to think and operate strategically and manage multiple projects and contracts simultaneously Ability to prepare professional quality reports, analytical documents, and business cases Must be willing to work onsite in Bagumbayan, Taguig, Monday-Saturday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m . RESONSIBILITIES: Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs Research potential suppliers Track orders and ensure timely delivery Create internal database with order details (date, vendors, quantities, discounts) Conduct market research to identify pricing trends Evaluate offers from suppliers and negotiate better prices Prepare cost analysis Maintain updated records of PO, invoices, and contracts Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition BENEFITS: Health Insurance Company Christmas gift Company events Employee discount On-site parking Paid training Promotion to permanent employee Staff meals provided #J-18808-Ljbffr
