HR Shared Services Lead at Altrad Pacific Shared Services Inc MANAGEMENT REPORTING
- Monthly management reports submissions. This basically includes reports such as Income Statement, Branch Final numbers, Cash Management Report and BRP.
- Assist/facilitate with the compilation of budgets and forecast data for budgeting and quarterly forecasting to the branch flash file and circulates to the business operations and commercial.
- Monitor validity and completeness of new project codes.
- Performs tasks which lead to the preparation of monthly statements by collecting data; analysing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information, and trends – including control and preparation of general ledger entries, and balance sheet and income statement accounts reconciliation.
- Prepare and posts Cost Accruals and WIP journals submitted by cost team.
- Review and control checks of weekly payroll prior to payments and postings to the system.
- Facilitate consolidation of monthly management reports.
- Other duties will include reviewing the general ledger and carrying out detailed reconciliations.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and ensuring timely execution.
- Ad hoc payroll support.
- Cash flow forecasting.
- Year-end support for management / financial accounting.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Analyse, investigate variances, control and prepare general ledger entries.
- Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation.
- Provides support in the preparation of local statutory financial statements.
- Half and year-end financial reporting requirements.
- Liaises with the external audit’s queries
- Addresses internal audit and internal control compliance requirements.
- Complies with group reporting requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Certified Public Accountant is preferred.
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Ability to develop analytical frameworks to assess commercial decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in teams across locations.
- Ability to work to deadlines and effectively manage time
- Initiative and the ability to work effectively both independently and with a team environment.
