Responsibilities

  • Sales & Purchases Reporting – Generate and analyse sales data, prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, monitor project activities, validate credit memos, and assist with GP calculations and costing.
  • General Accounting & Disbursements – Prepare reconciliations, maintain petty cash records, prepare purchase history reports, and manage payment schedules.
  • Audit & Compliance – Assist external auditors, prepare statutory filings, and ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and LGU requirements, including VAT, EWT, income tax, audited FS, and business permits.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting – Support annual budget preparation, cash flow forecasts, and P&L analysis; compute sales incentives.
  • ERP & Process Improvement – Assist in ERP system use and implementation, maintain internal controls, and recommend process improvements.
  • Administrative Support – Coordinate lease renewals, insurance, and supplier accreditation; assist in policy reviews; act as backup for Accounts Assistant.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Accountancy with at least 5 years of relevant working experience, CPA is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine taxation and compliance (BIR, SEC, LGU).
  • A highly motivated team player with good inter-personal communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and possess personal drive to achieve work improvement.
