The Senior Training & Quality Manager leads the development, execution, and continuous improvement of all Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) training programs. This role ensures that every Member from baristas to kitchen leaders embodies our standards of excellence and delivers memorable experiences to every guest. This leader also has oversight of the Store Training Team and will head the Store Opening Team for every new branch ensuring smooth pre-opening readiness, operational consistency, and strong brand representation from day one. What You’ll Do Lead the full training strategy across FOH and BOH operations—covering onboarding, service standards, culinary excellence, leadership development, and performance coaching. Manage and mentor the Store Training Team to drive learning consistency and accountability across locations. Spearhead new store openings—leading training, certification, and readiness programs to ensure operational success. Partner with Operations and HR to align training with business goals, quality audits, and brand growth plans. Introduce creative, effective learning solutions that inspire, empower, and equip F&B professionals to deliver their best. What We’re Looking For 8–10 years of progressive experience in F&B Training, Operations Excellence, or Leadership Development. Proven track record in designing and executing impactful training programs for both service and culinary teams. Experience leading trainers or new store openings in multi-branch F&B environments. Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills. A passion for transforming people, building culture, and driving excellence through learning. #J-18808-Ljbffr
