About the Role

We're hiring an
Associate Vice President (AVP) for Training
to lead healthcare training operations in Manila. This senior leadership role is a backfill hire, reporting directly to the
Global VP of Training
. You'll oversee end-to-end training delivery, performance outcomes, and strategic improvements across multiple lines of business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead training operations for U.S. healthcare processes (payer/provider).
  • Manage training budgets, ROI, batch throughput, and post-training performance.
  • Partner with Operations & Quality teams to ensure successful new-hire ramp-up.
  • Oversee training content, change management, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of trainers and master trainers.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • Establish stakeholder partnerships and performance review cadences.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
    (postgraduate or training certifications a plus).
  • 17–20+ years overall experience
    with
    14+ years in U.S. Healthcare/BPO Training
    .
  • 10+ years in senior training leadership roles
    (AVP/Director/Head level).
  • Strong experience transitioning from classroom to digital learning platforms.
  • Excellent people leadership, stakeholder management, and ROI-driven mindset.
  • Strong facilitation skills, including virtual training delivery.

Good-to-Have

  • Familiarity with U.S. healthcare compliance (ERISA, HIPAA, state mandates).
  • Exposure to ISO, ISMS & audit parameters.
  • Experience in continuous process improvement and global training methodologies.
