About the Role
We're hiring an
Associate Vice President (AVP) for Training
to lead healthcare training operations in Manila. This senior leadership role is a backfill hire, reporting directly to the
Global VP of Training
. You'll oversee end-to-end training delivery, performance outcomes, and strategic improvements across multiple lines of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead training operations for U.S. healthcare processes (payer/provider).
- Manage training budgets, ROI, batch throughput, and post-training performance.
- Partner with Operations & Quality teams to ensure successful new-hire ramp-up.
- Oversee training content, change management, and continuous improvement.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of trainers and master trainers.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
- Establish stakeholder partnerships and performance review cadences.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
(postgraduate or training certifications a plus). - 17–20+ years overall experience
with
14+ years in U.S. Healthcare/BPO Training
. - 10+ years in senior training leadership roles
(AVP/Director/Head level). - Strong experience transitioning from classroom to digital learning platforms.
- Excellent people leadership, stakeholder management, and ROI-driven mindset.
- Strong facilitation skills, including virtual training delivery.
Good-to-Have
- Familiarity with U.S. healthcare compliance (ERISA, HIPAA, state mandates).
- Exposure to ISO, ISMS & audit parameters.
- Experience in continuous process improvement and global training methodologies.
