Talent Acquisition/Recruitment (Executive Search, Niche, Volume)/Recruitment Marketing and Sourcing The position is primarily responsible for conducting research and developing the Company’s policy and discipline program. The role also supports the implementation of employee engagement and change enablement strategies across the organization. Key Responsibilities Drive the planning, research, and development of the Company’s policy and discipline program. Formulate policies and procedures on Payroll and Timekeeping, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Human Resources, Management, and Personnel Administration. Review and modify human resource policies to ensure they remain effective in attracting and motivating employees. Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on sensitive labor and employee relations matters, including grievance and arbitration procedures, performance issues, and disciplinary actions. Offer coaching and guidance to managers in identifying employee infractions and determining appropriate courses of action. Oversee the process of addressing and resolving employee grievances. Facilitate communication with other units regarding policy review and employee‑management issues. Represent the division during investigations of first‑level offenses and discussions related to unfair labor practice complaints. Qualifications Graduate of a four‑year Business‑related, Legal, or Social Science course. At least eight years of work experience in a related field. Specific knowledge of policy research and employee discipline.
