Qualifications:
✨ Bachelor's degree holder
✨ At least 1-2 years of experience in Employee Relations
✨ Amenable to work on site in Makati
✨ Amenable to attend face to face interview
✨ Can start as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
✨ Consolidate, update, and maintain the company’s rules, regulations, and policies to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards.
✨ Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to Employee Relations and other HR functions to support smooth departmental operations.
✨ Assist the HR Manager in handling employee concerns, violations, and conflict resolution, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
✨ Plan, coordinate, and implement employee programs and initiatives that promote welfare, engagement, and a positive workplace culture.
✨ Maintain and manage accurate and confidential employee records within the Employee Relations function, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
