Provide legal risk assessments and solutions for business operations. Support the company with ongoing retainer-based legal services. Qualifications Licensed lawyer with valid qualifications in the Philippines. Strong knowledge of corporate and labor law. Proficient in Japanese (Business level) and English (Business/Fluent level); Tagalog an advantage. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience working with Japanese companies or clients is a plus.
