This role shall perform functions for the effective and profitable marketing of Glacier Megafridge Inc and Glacier Integrated Logistics, Inc. logistical cold chain solutions to new and existing accounts to meet over-all company objectives .
Assists in the collection of all credit sales within the credit terms.
B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares annual sales objectives and plans/programs for each account in his assigned sector. Reviews the objectives and secures approval of his manager. Submits accurate and well-planned operating expenses proposals for his area for the incoming year.
Prepares sales call report regarding discussions with the accounts and agreements reached for monitoring and implementation.
Prepares well organized sales calls and ensures that travel expenses are kept at minimum, sales at an optimum level and credit accounts collected on time.
Manage client and customer to attain high level of service and handles customer complaints and initiates action plan to resolve their concerns.
Explains existing and new company policies and procedures affecting business relationships and account operations.
Keeps himself abreast with the new products and its uses for possible application of the customers in his area; with new sales techniques through seminars and competitive benchmarking and with the economic activities and trends, competitive activities, illegal activities within his sector and reports promptly with proper recommendations for actions to maintain and improve the company's market share in the sector.
Initiates recommendations or suggestions concerning changes in systems/procedures and practices that would contribute to the improved operation of the company.
Identifies potential problems, issues and concerns affecting his assigned work and initiates the proper recommendations to his superior for the latter's required action.
Coordinates and maintains good and effective relationship with other departments and refers profitable business to other business lines and/or affiliate companies.
Submits recommendations for credit accommodations to accounts which include complete and reliable credit information, evaluation and investigation regarding the prospective customers, and realistic credit objective.
Recommends adjustment in credit facilities granted to customers based on need, capability and the credit worthiness of the customer.
Recommends innovative ideas on payment schemes to reduce overdue accounts including endorsement to collection attorneys and legal action for delinquent account.
Ensures proper use and safekeeping of all company forms, sales tools and aids issued to him.
Represents the company in civic and other government functions as assigned by his manager
Recommends needed publicity and advertising needs in his area.

REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of any 4-year Business/Engineering/Tourism or equivalent.
With at least 2-3 years working sales experience in Warehouse/Cold Storage/Food Industry.
- Can speak Bisaya, English & Tagalog
- Willing to work in San Dionisio, Paranaque site
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
