Job Description

• Duties related to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (NAV) support and related components.
• Document issues and resolutions in an online ticketing system (evodesk) per SLAs.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, managers, and vendors on product issues.

• Capture and track support calls and time spent.

Requirements
