Our Client ReSource Pro supports a wide range of business processes, with a focus on activities requiring deep domain expertise. They have a large and growing base of more than 10,500 employees based in the U.S., China, India, and Serbia with 400+ clients. Primary Role As a Business Development Associate, You Will Client Service Support: Assist Client Executives with client requests, inquiries, and meeting coordination; build strong, long-term client relationships. Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up: Prepare agendas, presentations, and proposals; track action items; schedule follow-ups to ensure client commitments are met. Data Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor inboxes, support marketing list cleanup, and provide KPI reporting. Collaboration: Work with Operations, Service Delivery, Marketing, and Finance to ensure timely and high-quality client deliverables. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. 1-2 years of experience in account coordination or business development. Appointment setting experience. Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Skills Experience in insurance or professional services. Salesforce or CRM certification/training. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, build relationships at all levels, and adapt to feedback.
