Revenue Generation
  • Actively prospect and generate leads through referrals, networking, and outreach.
  • Conduct client meetings to assess financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
  • Present and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to convert prospects into clients and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop innovative sales strategies.
  • Expand the client base through relationship-building and proactive sales efforts.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Stay informed about market trends, product offerings, and competitor activities.
Consultation and Financial Planning
  • Conduct financial assessments to analyze clients\' current financial status.
  • Develop customized financial plans aligned with clients\' goals and risk tolerance.
  • Provide expert advice on investments, insurance, retirement planning, and wealth management.
  • Educate clients on financial literacy to empower informed decisions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations during consultations.
  • Review and adjust financial plans to ensure ongoing relevance.
  • Offer continuous financial guidance, especially during significant life events.
  • Stay updated on Philippine financial regulations and compliance.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust.
  • Provide exceptional service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews with clients.
  • Communicate market updates and investment insights proactively.
  • Organize appreciation events to enhance client loyalty.
Experience
  • Previous experience in sales, banking, or insurance is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and client management is a plus.
  • Experience in financial analysis and risk assessment is beneficial.
Working Conditions

Primarily office-based with opportunities for remote work. May require travel for client meetings and networking events.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in finance, business, economics or a related field.

Experience Level

Open to Fresh Graduates/Students. Internship or part-time experience in financial services is a plus.
