Overview

We are seeking an experienced Admin and Accounting Assistant to join the team at Minton Multiresources, Inc. in Metro Manila. This full-time role is integral to supporting the day-to-day administrative and accounting operations of the company. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing valuable assistance to the finance team.

Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team, including managing calendars, arranging meetings, and processing correspondence
  • Maintaining and updating financial records and accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, invoices, and other accounting-related documents
  • Providing general office support, such as ordering supplies and managing inventory
  • Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or accounting assistant role, ideally within a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Proficient in using office software, such as MS Office suite
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
