What we’re looking for We need an adept problem solver who excels at building processes, prioritizing tasks, and communicating with stakeholders. You will handle confidential matters, make sound decisions, and maintain a high level of quality in your work. Responsibilities—what you'll do Streamline and maintain internal processes that support company‑wide executives, coordinating resources to expedite workflow. Liaise between upper management and employees, managing communications with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks. Manage professional and personal scheduling for C‑Level executives, including agendas, mail, calls, travel arrangements, and client logistics. Organize and prioritize work to ensure senior executives’ top goals are met and best practices are upheld. Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, exercising discretion and due diligence when interacting with clients and stakeholders. Requirements 4+ years of direct hands‑on experience as an Executive Assistant or supporting one or more executives. Significant experience managing office procedures and sensitive corporate information. Strong knowledge of cloud systems, online calendars, and related solutions. Fully fluent in English. Skilled in the use of apps and technology. Ability to commit long‑term and full‑time. Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific, Central, or Eastern Time). No prior experience required for other fields; we consider any relevant experience. Position for serious, career‑oriented candidates.
