Job Description

Attends to many of the primary office-related responsibilities of a company, including secretarial work and minor maintenance of website. Ensure required documents are filed and maintained by government offices. Manage and update company expenses and invoices. Type documents, schedule appointments, book flights and hotels for a traveling executive, and act in a coordination role for other office workers. Duties extend to the boardroom where meetings are attended and summaries transcribed. Client interaction is another facet of the job. First point of contact with the company. All other tasks as assigned.

Our client is a Homeowner Association Management Company providing full-service Consulting Solutions, currently seeking Admin and Customer Service Associate to assist with administrative and customer service-related tasks.

About the Role

This position focuses on monitoring videos and identifying violations within the community. The ideal candidate will have excellent observational skills and the ability to analyze and interpret video footage. Experience in basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and data entry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly review and analyze video footage to identify violations or inappropriate behavior within the community
  • Maintain accurate records of identified violations and log them into software or reporting systems
  • Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing violations with supporting evidence and recommended actions
  • Apply necessary actions such as forwarding to other parties or departments
  • Basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and data entry
  • Document processes and attach records and photos to files for individual customers
  • Respond to customer concerns via emails and calls
  • Prepare and maintain reports as instructed
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of proven Admin Assistant or Customer Service experience
  • Strong customer satisfaction focus
  • Ability to think quickly and provide sound recommendations
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, GSuite, MS Office
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Calm, objective demeanor in difficult conversations
  • Personality: go-getter, assertive, reliable, proactive
