Join Outstaffer’s Finance Team and play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple entities and jurisdictions. If you love numbers, organization, and making processes smoother — we want you Responsibilities Accounting Operations – Manage daily AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations across international entities. Accounts Payable & Vendor Management – Process invoices, manage payments, and maintain strong vendor relationships. Employee Reimbursements – Verify and process claims while ensuring policy compliance. Payroll Reconciliation – Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate records and compliance. Financial Reporting – Assist in preparing P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Month‑End Close – Perform reconciliations and resolve variances. Tax & Compliance – Support VAT/GST, payroll, and corporate tax filings. Cost Management – Track expenses and recommend cost‑control improvements. Process Optimization – Identify automation opportunities and enhance workflows. Qualifications ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred). ✔ 3+ years of accounting experience (AP, payroll, and financial reporting). ✔ Experience with both Australian and/or US accounting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements. ✔ Strong understanding of IFRS & local accounting standards. ✔ Experience with Xero, NetSuite, or similar accounting software. ✔ Advanced Excel skills & exceptional attention to detail. ✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ✔ Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.
