Overview Executive Assistant role at Dempsey Resource Management. Direct hiring. Responsibilities Represents the president by welcoming visitors, reviewing correspondence, arranging company dinners and other corporate functions, answering questions and meeting requests directed to the president. Help key executive make consistent decisions by advising them of historical precedents; serving as liaison between them and president. Arranges corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; scheduling the corporate car; booking other transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations. Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; adjusting plans. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes. Enhances president’s and corporation’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Qualifications Preferably female, aged 25–30 years old, with a pleasing and professional personality Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a client retention or executive support environment Experience in providing high-level support to C-suite executives, particularly in fast-paced, confidential settings Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – especially Excel (advanced skills such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, data analysis), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Knowledgeable in Power BI and capable of generating reports and dashboards for executive review Tech-savvy, with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools, platforms, and office technologies Exceptional organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and calendars efficiently Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and professionalism in all correspondence Job Details Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Working hours: 8:30am-5:30pm Work Location: Makati Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Administrative Industries: Human Resources Services Note: This posting reflects the job description and is not an agency placement.
