Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance and Admin Senior Consultant to handle finance administration and reporting while mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.

Job setting: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week)

Schedule: Mid-shift

Salary Range:

  • ₱28,000+ for candidates with 3+ years of experience
  • ₱24,000+ for candidates with 1–2 years of experience whose skills fit the role only
Responsibilities
  • Oversee finance administration and reporting tasks.
  • Lead or mentor junior team members when needed.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve financial processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in Finance Administration & Reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience leading or mentoring junior team members.
  • Willing to work mid-shift and in a hybrid setup in Taguig.
